You may submit a request to exchange defective goods within 5 days of receipt of your order by sending an email to the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email response within 2 business days detailing the next steps in the exchange process.
Defective goods are defined as new products containing a screen printing, embroidery or manufacturing defect upon receipt. Please note that defective goods are only eligible for exchange when they are returned unworn, unwashed, and unused with no body odor or fragrance. Returned goods must have all tags and labels still attached.
